Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (not weekends or holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships. We ship with FedEx and USPS. Estimated delivery shows at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
During Black Friday, the Black Friday Box ships free in the U.S. On Cyber Monday (Nov 30), free U.S. shipping on all orders with no minimum. Year-round: free U.S. economy shipping on orders of $99 or more (subtotal after discounts). Outside free-shipping offers, standard U.S. rates start at $6.50 and are calculated at checkout.

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

What’s your return policy?
Returns within 7 days of delivery. Hats must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags. Email info@brimbrothershats.com with your order number first — we’ll send return instructions. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is non-refundable. Exchanges: email us within 7 days. Damaged / defective / wrong item: email within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Hat Care
Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Don't machine wash, soak, bleach, or use harsh cleaners.
Air dry naturally; keep away from dryers and direct heat.
Store in a cool, dry place and avoid crushing the crown.
For rhinestone or embroidered details, clean carefully without scrubbing.
